Delete your account

You can delete your RESUP account and personal data at any time. Here's how it works and what happens to your information.

Delete from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the RESUP app:

  1. 1Open the RESUP app and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Account.
  3. 3Tap Delete Account.
  4. 4Confirm with the one-time code sent to your phone.

Can't access the app?

Email us from the address linked to your account and we'll process your deletion request within 30 days. Please include your registered phone number.

Request account deletion

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and business details
  • Contact information and KYC documents
  • Saved carts, reviews, and preferences
  • Device and usage data tied to your account

What we must retain

  • Transaction and order records required by financial and tax law
  • Outstanding credit facilities until fully settled
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
  • Audit logs we are legally obliged to keep

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you have an outstanding credit balance, you must settle it before your account can be fully closed. For details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
