This Privacy Policy explains how RESUP Technologies ("RESUP", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use our app, website, and services. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable laws.

Information you provide

  • Account details: name, phone number, email, and password (if set);
  • Business profile: business name, type, and address;
  • KYC information required to verify your identity and unlock credit;
  • Content you submit, such as reviews, support messages, and form entries.

Information collected automatically

  • Transaction and order history;
  • Device, app, and usage data;
  • Approximate or precise location (with your permission) for delivery and territory features.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate your account and process orders, payments, and deliveries;
  • To calculate your Retail Growth Score and facilitate credit offers;
  • To provide demand forecasting, rewards, and other features;
  • To prevent fraud, secure the Platform, and comply with legal obligations;
  • To communicate with you about your account, offers, and updates.

3. How We Share Information

We share only what is necessary, and never sell your personal data. We may share information with:

  • Suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners — to fulfil your orders;
  • Finance partners — to assess and service credit you apply for;
  • Payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave) — to process payments securely;
  • Service providers — who support our infrastructure under confidentiality obligations;
  • Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data Security

We use encryption, access controls, and audit logging to protect your data. Payment card details are never stored on our systems (PCI DSS). No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

5. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can request account and data deletion at any time via our Delete Account page.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide services, comply with legal and financial-regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

7. Children

RESUP is intended for business users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or other reasonable means.
